My approach to overwhelm is to get the client to a point of understanding and clarity, and to help them realise the catalyst for the overwhelm.
Once the catalyst has been established, the areas of the overwhelm can be broken down or segmented causing the sufferer to be able to prioritise and rationalise their approach to get them the results they desire.
Overwhelm can leave you feeling lost and discontented. It is a huge contributor to why people procrastinate, it can lead to difficulty processing information and make you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders.
We have all experienced this at some point in our lives and will be able to identify.
Imagine if when you felt this, you could understand why you were feeling it, what it meant and how you could get rid of it- doesn’t that sound great?
I can teach you how!
