Time Line Therapy

Tad Jones developed Time Line Therapy in the 1980s. He applied a therapeutic process to the concept that we store our memories in a linear manner in an internal storage system.

Time Line Therapy is used to surrender negative emotion attached to an event whilst retaining the lesson needed to ensure the past events are not repeated.
By doing this in a safe and controlled environment, we are allowing ourselves to grow past the event itself and without the negative associations and emotions keeping us in the stuck state.

This is best used in conjunction with other NLP techniques to get the very best results for the client.
